I'm Debra Dear and I live and breath the words of Balanced Yoga. I have been practicing the tools, techniques, exercises and strategies from Balanced Yoga for over 20 years.

I created Balanced Yoga because I wanted a yoga exercise program that fit into my busy lifestyle. I wanted a yoga exercise program to help me feel and look younger. I'm a super busy mom with three kids and am constantly on the go. As I move up thru the years, I want to turn back the effects of time. I wanted to become more aware of how my body felt on a daily basis. My greatest desire was to create exercises where my mind and my body felt great. So, I developed 100's of different ways to look and feel younger everyday. All of my exercises are easy to do and do not require you to change any part of your lifestyle. You can keep all your same schedules and routines.

The only thing that changes is your attitude and your state of mind (mindfulness).
How do you empower your mind and body to feel and look younger everyday? I discovered that when my posture was aligned, everything in my body felt better. Having the choice of how I wanted to feel moment to moment changed my life and made me feel incredibly self empowered.

My greatest desire is to share this information with you. When you become aware of how you sit, stand, walk and move, then you will discover how your body distributes its weight and understand how to look and feel younger everyday.
