When your spine rests in a neutral position, you will feel lighter and leaner in your body. Learn multiple ways to become centered, focused, aware, full of energy and at ease. Each individual yoga session is designed and developed to meet your needs. Learn to identify the challenges or obstacles which exist to stop you from experiencing your state of be-ing, Balanced yoga exercises work to dissolve existing boundaries. The physical exercises are chosen and then modified to compliment your body type and current state of flexibility. Start feeling more centered, focused, aware, full of energy and at ease. Sessions are 30, 45 and 60 minutes. Home and office visits are available. Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money refunded at the end of the session. DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO PRACTICE BALANCED YOGA?No experience is necessary to practice Balanced Yoga.
