Origins Of Balanced YogaBalanced Yoga comes from 20 years of Debra's direct experience practicing all different types of yoga, pilates, dance, strengthening and core exercises. She designs and combines gentle stretching moves and sequences that she feels allows the body to let go of physical and emotional stress. The results are more aligned and balanced posture. Emphasis is placed on breathing techniques and mental preparation to allow the mind to think positively and very optimistically. Check out Debras videos and downloads to learn more. Debra believes that we all create our own realities and that we should not be dependent on anyone. She encourages you to take responsibility and control of your life and to do what makes you feel good. When you are loving life and enjoying life, you will feel energized and look and feel younger. Balanced Yoga does not use sanskrit chants or mantras. All of the information that you need can be found when you connect to your own higher power. This is really the core of your be-ing. Debra helps you to find that part of yourself and to touch that part of yourself as you practice her exercises. Debra is convinced that once you start practicing Balanced Yoga and integrating the principles into your everyday life, you will feel much younger and also look younger.
